• All of our clients web sites are on a semi-dedicated web servers. We are the only people who have access to the server and control all software and applications which are installed on it.
  
  
• We have a dedicated database server which serves all our websites
  
  
• All our servers are located behind a dedicated Hardware Firewall which helps prevent malicious traffic from getting to our web servers while allowing legitimate traffic to move through.
  
  
• Our web servers and database servers are also backed up nightly to a remote server for disaster recovery .
  
  
• We have monitoring software on our servers which are monitored 24/7/365 so if there is a problem with any of our hardware it is immediately being dealt with by our engineers.
