What We're Looking For

If you are interested in a consulting engagement, we review client requests on a case by case basis. Let us know what you're looking for and we'll be in touch ASAP.

If you want us to remove the risk by developing your website on spec, we have a process for pre-qualifying our potential clients. We're willing to take all of the risk of building your web application so you only pay if you love it. In return, we ask that you meet the following criteria so you're not asking us to take risks on you that we can't control.

  • Be Ready - Are you really ready to build a website? Are you prepared to put the time into discussing the requirements with us, reviewing the site and approving it? Would it really matter if you didn't get the site built in the next month or two? If so, don't bother building it - do something more valuable instead. If you really NEED a web application, we'd love to build it for you.
  • Be Decisive - We will help you to go through a well proven process to come up with a web application that helps you to achieve your organizational objectives. However, we can't afford to keep going back and forth on approved decisions unless you're paying us in advance. If you want a great web application developed quickly and efficiently to solve your business problems, we'd love to work with you. If you have the kind of organization where many different people might pop in during the development process and send us back to the drawing board, feel free to work with us on a pre-paid consulting basis, but honestly we'd rather work on projects that are going to go live and help our clients, so if you have a history of unfinished projects, we might not be the right team for you.
  • Be Knowledgeable - We don't expect you to be Internet experts, but if you've never been involved in developing any kind of website before, we can't afford to teach you everything you'll need to know for the project to succeed unless we charge separately for that. If you've never managed a web project before, let us know as we have a special set of resources you might be interested in.
  • Be Pragmatic - The vast majority of companies developing websites focus on a handful of key areas that are important to them. Perhaps it is how the checkout works in a store, the registration process for their site or how the admin security system operates. A small number of clients want to discuss every possible element of the site in great detail. If you won't be satisfied until you've asked every possible question about every possible decision, if you are open to using our knowledge base to find the answers we may be able to help you. If you would like us to lead you through every decision, please let us know in advance as there are so many elements that can be discussed it can easily add $10,000 - $20,000 in consulting time to a web application, so it doesn't make sense for us to do this on spec.
